We charge a $200 non-refundable consultation fee which will be discounted toward the project if you accept our price proposal and choose to contract with us. The consultation includes a phone call, one visit to your project site, and a price proposal. We require a 50% deposit which is due at contract signing. The balance, which includes the remaining 50% of the contract price and any change orders, is due within 10 days of final completion.

1. You pay the Consultation Fee. 2. We have a phone conversation to get some basic information and answer any initial questions. 3. We work together to schedule a site visit. 4. We send you the price proposal. 5. You accept our price proposal. 6. We send you the contract for signature. 7. You sign the contract and pay the 50% deposit. 8. We work together to schedule your project. 9. We deliver you project according to the project schedule. 10. You pay the contract balance, including any change orders, within 10 days of completion. Shane has an AAS in Construction Management as well as extensive operation management coursework, has worked in the trades for over 20 years, and has spent the last 8 years directly managing multi-million-dollar construction projects.

Shane began his career as a laborer working on construction projects in the Walla Walla Valley. From radio towers to wineries and custom homes, his career spans residential, commercial, and industrial construction with scopes including custom concrete, heavy concrete, flatwork, vertical concrete, interior/exterior improvements, process piping and mechanical, renewable energy, and commercial maintenance.

Shane has worked with many different client types including private homeowners, general contractors, realtors, commercial clients, and municipal/public/government clients.
